Shipping policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange a product, please note the following:

• Online Purchases: Products purchased on www.cozycrops.co.nz can be returned for a refund or exchange within 21 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Retail Purchases: Products bought in-store or from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please email a photo of the item and proof of purchase to hello@cozycrops.co.nz. Once we confirm the damage, we’ll send you a replacement.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll reimburse you for the return postage, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
