All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and
include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to
ensure accurate pricing and availability, Cozy Crops reserves the right to
change prices at any time without prior notice.

payment gateway, and we accept all major credit cards.

Product Descriptions

Cozy Crops attempts to be as accurate as possible in
describing products detailed on the website. However, Cozy Crops does not
warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website is accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cozy Crops
itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it as per our Returns
Policy, for refund of the purchase price.

 

Promotions

We reserve the right to verify the validity of any
promotional offer redeemed by you at any time. If we have reason to believe
that there has been unauthorised use of a promotional offer or discount
code, it is open to us to revoke the order and/or cancel your order at our
discretion. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with gift
vouchers.

Returns and Refunds

Cozy Crops Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If you need to return or exchange a product, please note the following:

Online Purchases: Products purchased on www.cozycrops.co.nz can be returned for a refund or
exchange within 21 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, in its
original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Retail Purchases: Products bought in-store or from other retailers must be
returned to the original place of purchase.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please email a photo of the
item and proof of purchase to hello@cozycrops.co.nz. Once we confirm the
damage, we’ll send you a replacement.

Refund Processing time: 5 business days

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
However, if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll reimburse you for the
return postage, and the refund will be issued to your original payment
method.

that may contain a virus or other harmful component. Only individuals who have
the capacity to enter legally binding contracts may purchase goods from this
website. Cozy Crops cannot guarantee that it will notice or be able to prevent
any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.

Orders

other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by Cozy Crops
for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in
the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in
your order. Your contract with Cozy Crops will only come into existence when
you have fully paid for your order and Cozy Crops provides confirmation that
your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your
registered email address.  All products are subject to availability and
may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will
be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product. 

Fraud Protection Program

As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all
received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity.
If we suspect fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity, a member of our
customer services team may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm
your order, or we may reject your order. We also reserve the right to
cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to an address. We take these measures to
protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or unauthorized or illegal
activity.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Cozy Crops will take every care in packing and dispatching
your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming
through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any
event of any kind by any person, whether or not Cozy Crops is legally
responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Cozy Crops
is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and
accepted by a third party.

Termination

Your ability to purchase products and services from
this website may be terminated at any time by Cozy Crops without
notice. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by Cozy Crops will survive
termination. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions, including
any subsequent amendments, you must immediately discontinue use of
